Co-owner and Chef, Louis-Phillipe Camerlain's menu will offer high-end pub cuisine inspired by some of the great culinary pubs of London while showcasing local seasonal ingredients from independent Quebecois farmers and suppliers.

Louis-Philippe is joined in the kitchen by his brother Anthony, fresh off his apprenticeship under Chef Laurent Petit at 3 Michelin starred Clos D’essence in Alsace.

The front of house will be run by co-owners Sean Michael McCaffrey and James Hung, who, between them have over twenty years of front of house experience as mixologists, sommeliers, bartenders, plumbers, electricians and everything you can think of.
